Project design & development
Starting from inception phase we will interpret the client’s ideas and requirements developing said aspirations into subsequent phases (feasibility, concept, schematic design, detailed design) advising on cost accordingly. Design development will run together with the required statutory submissions, other institutional approvals, the procurement process and construction phase.

Our comprehensive architectural and engineering services include conceptual and schematic design, design development and construction documentation, assisting with contractor bidding and/or negotiating and construction contract administration, all these services are delivered by a multidisciplinary team committed to creating integrated designs.
Sustainable outcomes are a key driver in design and execution within a context of high energy prices and global climate changes which are forcing us to change our energy consumption habits. Since buildings use 40% of the total energy in the European Union, energy efficient houses are becoming more and more interesting (Zero Energy houses, Passivhaus, Low Energy house…).

We provide an integrated approach to architecture and interior fit outs offering a full range of interior design services, including renovation and refurbishment, bespoke furniture design, space analysis and planning.
